The new Fairmont Orchid bar will serve 5 signature cocktails featuring Mars’ Rum (SelvaRey Rum):
- The Mojito Royale: SelvaRey White Rum, mint, sugar and lime, topped with Champagne
- The Cold Brewno: SelvaRey Chocolate Rum, coffee liqueur and Kona cold brew coffee
- The Uptown Punch: SelvaRey Coconut Rum, orange, lime and pomegranate, served up
- The Hollywood Colada: SelvaRey Coconut Rum, pineapple, coconut water, agave and lime
- The Weekend at Bruno’s: SelvaRey White Rum, pineapple, lilikoʻi (passion fruit) and lime
Delicious accompaniments will also be served, including coconut shrimp and avocado poke.
